Right click on the picture and choose "Set as Wallpaper" or "Set as Background" from the drop-down menu to use the photo as your desktop wallpaper. If this isn't an option, you can choose to save the photo to your hard disk and set it manually as your wallpaper in your Display Settings in the Control Panel.
